We also offer portable massage tables for clients who have difficulty transferring and grab bars in treatment rooms. Please don't hesitate to contact us in advance to discuss your specific needs.

Health Conditions: Please advise us of any health conditions or medications you are taking during booking. We will complete a consultation form at your appointment to ensure your safety and comfort.

Client Conduct: We create a tranquil environment for all clients. Please refrain from using mobile phones during your treatment and maintain a professional and respectful atmosphere. Abusive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Clients are expected to maintain good personal hygiene before their appointment.

Booking and Payment

Online Booking: We offer convenient online booking through our secure platform. You can choose your desired treatment, date, time, and therapist (if applicable).

Payment Methods: We accept [list accepted payment methods] at the time of booking. Your payment in full is considered your confirmation of the appointment.

Gratuity: While your appreciation is always welcome, your satisfaction is our top priority. We kindly request that you refrain from tipping our therapists. Positive reviews and referrals are the greatest compliments you can give!

Appointment Arrival and Policies

Cancellation Policy: We understand that things come up, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy:

Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice will receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will be subject to a [cancellation fee percentage or amount] charge.

No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.

We may, at our discretion, offer a full refund for cancellations within 48 hours if we can fill the appointment slot.

To reschedule, please provide more than 48 hours' notice.

Late Arrivals: While we strive to accommodate late arrivals, treatment time may be reduced to respect the next client's schedule. Full payment will still be required.

Therapists and Treatments

Therapist Selection: You can choose a preferred therapist during online booking or by contacting us directly. We will try our best to accommodate your request. If unavailable, we will offer an alternative therapist or reschedule at your convenience.

Pregnancy: We welcome expecting mothers in their second or third trimester. Please disclose your pregnancy during booking so we can assign you a therapist experienced in prenatal massage.

Treatments are not available in the first trimester. If you are unaware of your pregnancy status at the booking time, a full refund will be issued.

Types of Massage: We offer a variety of massage techniques to cater to your individual needs. These include Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, and facial massage. More information about each type of massage can be found on our website.

Vouchers cannot be split across appointments or used with online booking.
