We understand that things come up, and we are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund policy for our massage services.

Cancellations

More than 48 hours' notice: Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.

Within 48 hours of appointment: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows: Clients who miss their appointment without notification will be charged the full appointment fee.

Exceptions

We may, at our discretion, offer a full refund for cancellations within 48 hours if we can fill the appointment slot with another client.

If you are unaware of your pregnancy during booking and cannot receive a massage in the first trimester, we will issue a full refund upon confirmation.

Rescheduling

We encourage you to reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for booking within 5 business days.
